Hot to Place an Order Header

Ordering your wedding stationery can be a daunting thing.
I’m hoping to make the process as easy as possible for you!

Below is a step-by-step guide as to how working with me will go…

come say hello!

If you’re thinking of booking me to create bespoke wedding stationery for you the first point of call is to drop me line. You can email me at I aim to reply within 24 hours but during busier times this may be a little longer.

If you're ordering from my existing collections you can place your order through my online shop, providing all your wedding details through the online form. If you need something a bit different then please drop me an email with your request.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke stationery works a little different to my pre designed collections. Once I’ve received your initial enquiry, I’ll arrange a telephone call or a Skype meeting with you. Once I’ve got a good idea about what you are looking for, I’ll pop across a custom quote. If you’re happy to go ahead, I will then email across my Bespoke booking form

Once I have received your booking form you will be sent my lovely welcome pack.
This pack contains a an invoice for 50% of the total fee (If your order is less than £100 the full fee is payable up front) and a stash of samples and helpful guides.

Once I have received your deposit then the designing can start!
Depending on the project, turnaround times vary but this will be listed within your welcome pack. The moodboards and initial design concepts will be provided in PDF format so please keep an eye on your emails!

Pre-Designed Orders

You will received a lovely PDF presentation pack of your personalised stationery. Once you’ve received your designs this is the perfect time to mention any tweaking/amendments you would like to be done.

Signing off digital proofs

As soon as you are happy with your lovely stationery, I will send you the final sign-off email. This will include:
– Your final print-ready artwork for approval
– Full details of the printing option you have selected
– The quantities of each item you require
– Expected delivery time

Final Invoice

For bespoke orders the final invoice will need to be paid before the artwork is sent to print. Once you’ve checked over the invitation and are happy with the presentation, I will send the full set to print and you can sit back relax whilst you await the delivery of your gorgeous stationery!

Any other questions? Send me an email I’m always happy to help.
